How To Bring Your Current Number

Since we give you 30 days to use our service for free and cancel if you're not satisfied, you will definitely know in that time if you want to switch your existing number over to our awesome VoIP phone service or not! If so, this is what you will need to do.

After you get the e-mail from us letting you know that your VoIP phone service has been setup, log into the My Account section of our main corporate web site with your new phone number and password (Zip Code). Near the bottom of the account manager home page, you will see in the Port My Number section, 'To transfer an existing phone number to your service, click HERE'. Go through that entire process to begin switching your number over to our service. Your new TrinitiComm number will be automatically replaced with your existing number as soon as your current provider completes the switch.

IMPORTANT! You will need to complete and fax the Porting Authorization Form over to our toll-free number indicated in the form as soon as possible so we can begin the process. Without this form, we will have no authority to switch your phone number from your current company to ours so be sure to get it in to us as quickly as possible. Also note. Even though we submit all port forms to the Porting Authority immediately upon receipt, depending on your current provider, this process can take as little as 3 days and as long as 6 weeks. This is completely out of our hands so your patience will be greatly appreciated. Continue to enjoy your premium VoIP phone service using your new TrinitiComm phone number until the port is complete.

One last thing. In the rare event your number can't be ported over to our service because your current provider has it locked to their system, we urge you to keep your new TrinitiComm service and just give your contacts your new TrinitiComm number. If you do decide to leave us for any reason, you can take your TrinitiComm number with you wherever you go because all numbers we provide are unlocked. We provide an awesome service at an awesome price and we guarantee your satisfaction of our premium Crystal Digital Voice VoIP phone service. Enjoy.
